Dear Friends,

We are pleased to offer you our services for your special event. We usually offer 2 packages -- (1) FULL COORDINATION and (2) ON THE DAY COORDINATION.

FULL COORDINATION

All details of the event (wedding, debut, etc.) from start to finish

-- Involves conceptualization, sourcing of suppliers, venue, physical arrangement, and design of a personalized program
-- Unlimited service in terms of consultation and correspondences through meetings, phone calls, email and/or fax
-- Facilitation and execution of all planned details provided and approved by the client

ON THE DAY COORDINATION
All details have been arranged. We polish the concept and theme while preparing and overseeing the program. This service is done when the couple (bride and groom or their representative) have already signed contracts with various suppliers but would like somebody else to oversee the execution of the arrangements and make sure everything runs smoothly and stress-free.
-- Pre-event meetings with the couple and/or their representative one month before the event
-- Occular inspection - ceremony and reception venues
-- Necessary follow-up with last minute checklist and referrals
-- Check the flow of reception program
-- Unlimited service in terms of consultation and correspondences through meetings, phone calls, email and/or fax

We also offer Semi-Coordination when required by the client. The professional fee for events management depends on the scope of work/services required by the client. Everything is negotiable! We do one event a day to ensure quality service.

Chic...a wonder girl when it comes to special occasions. Yup! She's a wonder girl you will never quite believe how she does it. She turned our very special day...my wedding...into a great, fun, exciting, and unique event. She was my emcee and coordinator in one. She made the day into quite an unforgettable one.
